Refund and Return Policy
At Superoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that you receive the right products, in the right condition, delivered to you quickly. However, in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, here’s how our Refund and Return Policy works:
Return Policy
You may request a return if you receive:
A wrong item
A damaged item
An expired product
Return requests must be raised within 1 hour of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
Refund Policy
Upon successful inspection and approval of your return, refunds will be processed within 1 working day to your original payment method.
In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment account (e.g., bank, wallet, UPI).
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund to your preferred bank account after collecting your bank details securely.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Reason for Return/Refund
Photo of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
Our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Important Notes
Superoo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
Refunds may be withheld if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.
Delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
