Our platform operates as a marketplace that connects customers with independent brands and sellers. Products listed on the platform are supplied by these partner brands, while we facilitate order processing, logistics, and delivery.
Because of the nature of ultra-fast deliveries, refund and return eligibility may vary depending on the product and the partner brand.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item delivered is missing from the order
- The product received is significantly different from the product description
- The order was cancelled before delivery
All exchanged and replaced products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:
- The product has been opened, used, or consumed
- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
- The issue is due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect delivery address
4. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return or refund:
- Contact our support team through the platform or the provided customer support channel.
- Provide your order ID, product details, and photos of the issue if applicable.
- Our team will review the request and coordinate with the partner brand.
In some cases, the product may need to be picked up by our delivery partner before a refund or replacement is issued.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Credit times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved method.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.
Due to the ultra-fast fulfillment nature of the platform, orders are often processed immediately, and cancellation may not always be possible once the order is confirmed.
7. Partner Brand Responsibility
While we facilitate logistics and support, product quality and accuracy remain the responsibility of the partner brands and sellers listed on the platform. Refund approvals may require confirmation from the respective brand.
